This rum, distilled in July 1998, has been aged in third time filled barrels, bourbon then rum twice, which gives it a beautiful roundness in mouth. It was aged in Cuba until December 2001 and then imported into Europe.
Nose: delicate and elegant with caramelised apples, citruses, flowers, grapes and plums notes
Taste: Fresh apple, cherry and banana. Fresh ginger and smokiness
Finish: Dry and spicy with liquorice notes and slightly herbaceous
