Crafted from aged rums, the blend provides both strength and finesse. After an initial year traditionally spent in new French oak casks, it continues its aging process in old bourbon casks, before being bottled in Martinique
Nose: Very expressive, revealing a broad, intense, and complex array of aromas. Fragrances of chocolate and mocha are accompanied by indulgent notes of tarte Tatin, acacia honey, and fig jam, while finely woody and spicy notes blend in the background. There are even subtle hints of leather, animal notes, and a touch of smokiness.
Palate: A very fragrant and powerful attack. Round in texture, this palate reveals roasted and spicy flavor notes combined with the indulgence of dried fruits.
Finish: The power of the aromas lingers on the palate, with a delightful sweetness revealing indulgent notes of gingerbread and mocha.
