A first for Glengoyne, this brand new expression is matured exclusively in First Fill Bourbon and Virgin Oak Casks sourced from North America. These casks are charred for less than a minute allowing the Glengoyne spirit to shine, unladen.
Nose: Bright oak, vanilla cream, fresh citrus, biscuit cake, crunchy red apple, ginger spices, unripe banana, and a touch of violet.
Palate: Sweet and playful, crème brûlée, fruit gum candies, candied lemon, jam cake, and canned pineapple.
Finish: A lot of toasted oak with caramel.
