And the values of the distillery are always at the forefront. The whiskies are bottled with a minimum alcohol content of 46%, without adding any artificial colouring or filtering. This is the best way to bring out the authentic quality and character of the whisky.
Cask: Aging takes place in Sherry casks, Virgin Oak, and red wine casks.
Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch, and sticky raisins, with persistent mocha notes in the background.
Palate: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey, and damson plums, followed by notes of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs, and dates.
